Shipping Charges

I recently had to ship my laptop for repairs and it cost me over 100 to do so.  I have had problems with the laptop since I received it in February.   The repair facility is about 20 minutes from my home but was closed for drop offs due to Covid.   I have a full warranty on this item and an extended warranty.   I am not sure why I should be the way paying to ship a faulty item to have it repaired under warranty.   Can I be reimbursed for this amount?
