Predator 17 G9-793-78TE. - Display Cable Replacement

So I’ve had my Predator 17 for about 5-6 years. Recently it overheated and there was a pretty loud pop. Turns out it was the Display Cable giving up.

It’s been 5-6 years of non stop use so I’ll let it off.

No where in the country i live in, as far as i know, has the part as i have taken it to several different places, nor does anyone stock it for me to buy.

The place I usually use to get it cleaned said they will replace it for me if I order the part, which is what I am trying to do. They showed me the part on Amazon, and it says it is compatible with G9-791, G9-792 and G9-793’s. There are also over cables which say they are compatible with G9-79X-XXX and list the specific models that cable is fit for.

I have one which has the serial code G9-793-78TE.
What I would like to know is if the one that says it is compatible with G9-791, G9-792 and G9-793’s will work with mine or do i need a cable that is specific to
G9-793-78TE, if so can someone point me in the direction of where to get this from.
