Laptop doesn't turn on Acer Aspire E5 571/531.

Hello.

My laptop is Acer Aspire E5 571/531.
The problem is that my laptop doesn't turn on, it doesn't show any lights. I tried to take the battery out of my laptop and hold the power button for 30s but it didn't do anything, but only what it did is that it beeped of like one second and then nothing. Please help me.

Do not try to turn the laptop on until the battery charge LED turns on first blinking or steady orange, then eventually steady blu. This may take up to 24 hrs.

Is the battery charge LED steady or not?

No, it is black

Your charger or charger plug may be defective. Can you check voltage between plug's outer barrel and center hole with a multimeter? It should be 19volts DC. If not, you should try another charger.  Google search E5-571 & charger for vendors who ship to your location. Cost about $10usd for a new charger.

Hey, the Voltage is 19V but the Amp is higher, at 6,32A.

Have you recently opened the bottom cover for any reason?

Does the laptop turn on with the charger alone without the battery pack installed?

Well, what happened is that i was gaming, then i tried to turn my laptop as fast as possible then few hours later, when i tried to turn the laptop on, it didn't show anything, that's it.

But if this will help, then my charger is cold even if i try to charge my laptop for more than a hour.
