    Yes it should be compatible but ACER only warrants 60Hz refresh rates on most external monitors at the resolutions shown below. You may actually get higher rates with the ASUS monitor but it is not guaranteed.

    It is also possible to run a second independent external monitor but you  must use a USB signal converter since your USB ports do not natively support video out. The refresh rates with these signal converters are usually very low and not suitable for gaming.

    Hi @Sakase,

    you through the different types of ports here, including DisplayPort, Mini DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI, VGA and USB-C. Most modern monitors will come with at least an HDMI port on the back.
