Retiring Chromebooks would like to donate for parts

With the on-going supply chain issues - is Acer, or anyone interested in our old Chromebooks to use for parts?  We will have approx 100 Chromebooks that we are retiring from our school's fleet in the next couple of months.  If they can be used for spare parts, I'd rather give them to someone who can use them vs. "recycling" them where they will likely end up in a landfill.  Not sure where else I can put out this offer?

Yeah, you aren't going to reach any Acer employees here, just other Acer users and the forum moderators. I think it unlikely that Acer will have some sort of a recycle/reuse program in place, since their focus has to be on selling new product. There are plenty of vendors selling refurbished systems though, so there has to be a channel for getting them to an appropriate company for refurbishment... Maybe contacting some vendors that are selling the used models?
