Why did you do this? Was machine shutting down due to CPU/GPU overheating?

Adding a fan would lower temps, but not as much as you might think. Main positive would be that you should be able to run the fans at lower speed (less noise) and achieve your current temp.

If you are not suffering from high temps anymore, I wouldn't add another fan.

If you haven't already, I'd consider replacing your current exhaust fan to 92mm Noctua.

have been thinking about replacing the case fans but would it be possible to get other rgb fans or does rgb only work with the defult fans with the acer software?

If you can find fans with same connectors, I don't see why it wouldn't work. Replacing the intake fan is "bit" of a pain, but swapping the exhaust fan is easy.

I do NOT recommend doing these, but here are few suggestions:
    • No use for HDD cage? Remove it for better airflow. It's attached by two(?) screws and two rivets that are under the front rubber foot.
    • Got Dremel? Remove the metal mesh at the back for better airflow. Don't forget to get a finger guard if you do this! Oh, and please ignore the gaping hole on the top. ^^

well cuz the the stock intel cooler it came with is a crime against humanity (60 degress when idle and constent 90 when gaming)

Did first you try re-pasting the heatsink to the processors with a quality paste like ArcticMX4 or Kryonaut? The factory system should adequately handle the heat if the paste isn't dried out or making good interfacial contact. Repasting should be done at least yearly as routine maintenance for machines that are routinely used for high power demands apps and games.

Not too late if you want to make it run even cooler with the new cooler. Like I said, re-pasting should be considered routine maintenance.

i did repaste with the paste that came with the new cooler so it should be a while before needing to do that.
i just wondering if adding another fan to it would keep it cooler or not

Probably not. Unless the area of the case exhaust vents for fan pushers are enlarged or somehow relieved (gratings removed) to accommodate increased area of intake air. Otherwise, it'll simply increase air pressure inside the case but not air flow thru the case.  Similar argument holds for fan pullers except they only decrease air pressure inside but still not increase air flow

@JackE If a PC staring Restart then It's Just because of the Over heating or some other issue can also happen too.
