My Laptop predator helios 300 72RY is being repair for almost 5 months!

My predator helios 300 72RY is in the service center for a long time.

It was sent due to the board has no power.

When they returned it the it has power but the GPU 
Is not working. I sent it last November 15 2022 and now its already April.

Can i do something about it?

Such a waste of money.


Is that the SOP here in the Philippines?

    You've posted on an users forum. We are not ACER employees or ACER repair or customer service representatives or have any influence on the status of your machine. You must contact the ACER  service center that you sent the machine to find out what the delay is.
