Will only power cord I got from for my Acer monitor ED270R work?

I recently had my Acer monitor ED270R's power cord smashed by carelessness, and bought a replacement cord. But when I plugged it in I could see that my monitor was getting power but not reacting to anything I did to it. I want to place blame upon my replacement cord for not being up to par, but maybe I'm missing something. Is there any other power cords that may work for my monitor? Better yet, can I buy a new cord directly from Acer? Replacement cord I bought:  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VV1X6JV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

It probably would've been better to google search 'ed270r' & 'adapter' for the correct adapter from vendors who ship to your location. The Amazon supply output that you have seems to be only 24 watts. Probably enough to light the LEDs but not power the whole monitor. Specs call for at least 45watts 12-19volts. Here's an ebay link to a 60watt supply for your model.
