Your PH315-51's laptop has an 8th Gen CPU that its expansion specs are at PCI Express Revision 3.0 (PCIe Gen 3.0 x4, NVMe 1.4 M.2 SSD) and its memory spec are at Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) 64 GB at Memory Types; DDR4-2666, LPDDR3-2133. One of the top rated and quality M.2 drives are the Samsung range of the 980 PCIe 3.0 NVMe M.2 SSD that comes in 250GB, 500GB and 1TB capacities and is about USD $85.00. Samsung has excellent reliability (that I can vouch for, as I've used them all the time and for many years) and are very speedy. This is just my opinion only so its up to you?
