Planning to Upgrade Aspire A515-44-R7LG

Hey all,

I'm planning to upgrade a few parts for my Aspire A515-44-R7LG. I'm not sure what parts would be compatible with my system I was hoping to get some recommendations before I got ahead with the grabbing parts.

Hi,
You have 8GB onboard memory and a 4GB removable RAM in your model but install CPU-z and make sure it's correct in memory tab and SPD tab, you can replace the removable RAM with a 8GB to make the total memory of 16GB, it will give you an optimum performance, you can also upgrade the M.2 SSD up to 1TB or you can install a 2TB 2.5 HDD/SSD in the HDD bay.

Do you have a brand preferance for the RAM?

@MLDSM_ no need to choose the best brand for the normal RAM. They have the same specs. My recommendation is Samsung, ADATA, Crucial, SK Hynix, Kingston
