Monitor turning on when I plug it (Acer Predator XB271HU)

I always unplug my eletronics when I'm not using they.

But, every time I plug my monitor (Acer Predator XB271HU) in, it turns on automatically, without me touching the power button.

Is it normal? Is there a way to stop this?

    I don't know...I didn't found this option on menu at least. And it turns on even when my computer is unplugged.

    Try disabling deep sleep:

    Tried it, but no lucky...it still turns on as soon as I plug it. Do you think that this may cause damage to the monitor?

    Tried it, but just reset my settings. Also tried to disconnect everything from it...but still turns on when I plug it in.

    I use just the power button in front of the Monitor ...but I found another power button in the back. If I turn this off and plug the monitor, than it doesn't turn on.

    Only found deep sleep. But changing this option didn't solve the problem. Its really strange, I don't think it was doing this before.

    I do notknow.I did not plant this option on menu at least. And it turns on indeed when my computer is unplugged. Power-off USB charge was formerly out (I also tried to enableit.than disable again). And I do not have the Quick Start function (or could not find it).

    Tried with my PS4 power cord, no lucky...tried a different plug also, but ir still turns on by itself.

    Oh, the rest of the options is just the power off usb charge (first picture). They got inverted when I posted....or you mean this other menu?

    No, the power off USB charge keeps the power supply turned on when you turn the monitor 'off' and that might have something to do with this. But it looks like you already have it off...
