XB273K Gpbmiipprzx Gets no signal on startup when waking up from sleep or turning on pc

So I’ve had the XB273K Gpbmiipprzx monitor for about 9 months now. Starting a few weeks ago whenever I would wake the computer up from sleep, which is what I always do,(only shut down for updates really), I would get no signal on the monitor. I tested and it I also get no signal after shutting down. The only solution I have found that has allowed to use my pc and monitor these last few weeks is to unplug the power cables from pc and monitor, unplug everything connected to the monitor, wait 5-10 minutes and start the pc again. If anyone has a solution or any information as to what the most likely culprit is here, anything would be appreciated. I’ll add because it might be important, it would usually be a long time the pc and monitor are off and sleeping. Stop using around 11 at night and get pack on next day around 4-5 after work.

Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane. If System Protection is turned on in the box that pops up, click the System Restore button. Click next. Do you see an automatic restore point with a date stamp from about 5 weeks ago?

So do you recall if it happened on either of those two dates? Also checkmark the box to show more restore points just in case there are more.

I checked and those are the only two restore points in the box and yes everyday I use the pc I have to unplug and replug power cables and monitor cables for the signal to appear. In that case it happened on these two dates but it began around beginning of March.

How much disk space is allocated for restore points?

It’s at 1% and it’s using 7.12 GB. That was default I never adjusted it.

Way too small. It probably missed an errant Win10 update that caused the problem in early March. Restore point space allocation should be at least 35GB or about 5% for a 750GB drive.

Did you install Win10 or was it pre-installed?

It was pre-installed. I just set it to 4% and 37.23 GB

Did you get a recovery disk or special instructions on how to reset the machine to the pre-installed state when you acquired it?

I didn’t get any instructions but I do have a dvd for the motherboard, unfortunately can’t use it because don’t have a disk drive on case. Are you suggesting I factory reset?

As a last resort. Are you putting the machine to sleep using the Windows start menu power button?

Did you get a generic or specialty keyboard with this PC? A phone photo of the keyboard would be helpful. Are there any special keys near the to of the keyboard that are specific for this PC brand & model?

I bought a razer huntsman elite keyboard separately when I got the computer. The F9-F12 keys do specific things related to the razer apps, so nothing related to the pc itself.

Open Device Manager. Click view tab and checkmark show hidden devices. Then open DisplayAdapters and Monitors folders. Then post screenshot if possible.

Only one of the Generic PnP monitors says it is connected to the computer and working properly. The other two are grayed out and not connected.

Was the DisplayAdapter folder already open when you started DeviceManager? Or did you have to click on it to open the folder?

OK. You have at least one USB device driver failure warning. Do you have any idea what that device might be?

Yes a few months after I got pc, maybe July or August, my dog tripped over my headset wire that was plugged into one of my USB ports on case. It was a pretty hard pull that mangled the area inside that port so it has been unusable since but I have three other ports on the case I can use so it wasn't problem. I had a warning the next time I started the pc about the drive, but I just stopped using that port and the computer was fine for the  months after that until this started happening beginning of March.

Right click and try to uninstall the two grayed out monitors in Device Manager. Then see if they reappear after re-booting.
