I changed the hz in the display settings in windows from 144 to 60 to help solve some screen flickering I was experiencing. It made my monitor go black permanently because it is still set to 144 hz. I’m hitting the menu buttons on the monitor but they are all only bringing up the input and auto source menu and not the main menu. Any solutions?

Unplug all power and input cable from the monitor. Press and hold power button for 30 seconds. Plug cables back in. Turn monitor back on.
