Acer Aspire A314-33 can't start

First, forgive my bad English.
I was tried every solution I've found to try solve my problem. Charger voltage and battery check, and anything I know about reset CMOS and so on. But this laptop is still can't start. I also check with monitor, but nothing happened. I also tried to remove everything connected to mainboard, still nothing. Since its RAM is soldered on mainboard, I can't check properly. But I also tried with RAM slot in mainboard, still nothing. Is its CPU or RAM dead? Because when I plugged in charger or power on with battery, CPU and RAM area is warm, looks like it's working, but nothing is happen. I think CPU is dead, since graphics is SOC with CPU. Thank you for support.

With the laptop fully assembled, try the following steps.

(1) Press and hold power button for about 10 seconds or until the fan shuts off and the power LED light is off.

(2) Unplug the charger.

(3) Gently insert and press a paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole on bottom of laptop for about a minute.

(4) Plug charger back in but wait for battery charge LED to turn steady blue

(5) Only after battery charge LED turns steady blue, press power button to turn machine back on.

(2) Unplug the charger.

(3) Gently insert and press a paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole on bottom of laptop for about a minute.

(4) Plug charger back in but wait for battery charge LED to turn steady blue

(5) Only after battery charge LED turns steady blue, press power button to turn machine back on.

Yes. It is.

I'm sorry, maybe it's wrong answer. I mean, battery charging led indicator is off. It's just indicator of power is on. Here I attach pictures.

See, just led indicator of power—or what else, I don't know for sure—is on, but battery charging led indicator (on right) is off. Same thing happened if I insert battery or not.

Still no luck. And this unit have no fan, just heatsink. Is there any possibilities this unit can't turn on because battery is dead?

NO! Machine must not be turned on and power LED must not be lit up until after battery charge LED lights up!!!!

Redo pinhole reset exactly in this way.

(1) Press and hold power button for about 10 seconds or until the fan shuts off and the power LED light is off.

(2) Unplug the charger.

(3) ALL LEDs must be dark. NOT LIT!!!!

(4) Gently insert and press a paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole on bottom of laptop for about a minute.

(5) Plug charger back in'

(6) But wait for battery charge LED to light up and turn steady blue. Do not try to turn the machine on until LED lights up to blinking or steady orange then steady blue. It may take 24 hrs for battery charge LED to light up. Do not try to turn it on if battery charge LED is unlit.

(7) Only after battery charge LED light up and turns steady blue, press power button to turn machine back on.
