acer nitro AN515-45 product registration issue

I've bought a new acer nitro AN515-45 (india 2021) but whenever i try to to register my laptop it says cannot locate this snid or serial no. I,ve tried the serial no. shown at the back of laptop and then i used acer serial no. detection tool for finding serial no. but even in that tool SNID is missing so i copied serial no. and tried to register with that but still it showed cannot locate this serial no. please use a valid serial no.
I,ve bought this laptop on 19 march 2022 from flipkart online store
