Hi,

So I decided to rearrange my room and after plugging everything back in the laptop was loading for a very long time so I decided to turn it off completely and back on, in the matter of 2-3 seconds it turned  back on which seemed a bit strange. I started to see another issue, I opened task manager and suddenly the application said 'not responding' so I knew something was wrong, then the Nitro sense app wouldn't even open and so here I am thinking why would this happen when I have been using the Laptop for over 4-5 months straight and never have I ever has to encounter these problems- please help asap.

Kind Regards

What is your laptops model number? As any advice to you is really a general thing that laptops can be prone to. First, turn your system off completely the proper way with "Shut Down" wait 1 min then "Reboot your system" and see if that fixes your problem? As your laptop could have gone into "Sleep Mode" and the power off and reboot could have corrupted the software and that is why you are getting these problems. As when a laptop is in Sleep Mode that is when it reboots so quickly in the time period that you said.

The first step to try and resolve the program not responding is to press the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys on your keyboard to open the Close Program or Task Manager window. Once open, highlight the program that is not responding and click the End Task button to terminate the program

    Hi @Tomasz90,

If you are able to access that, try 'Reset' or 'Repair' of the Nitro Sense app. If that is not possible I would try a complete Uninstall and Reinstall of the application. You should be able to download the Nitro Sense application for your Acer model from the Acer downloads site.
