Hi, i just got my laptop about 2 weeks ago and ever since i got it, It has issues booting up. I try to turn it on, the keyboard lights up but the screen doesn't turn on and it stays like that. I tried unplugging everything and tried again and it does the same thing. I sometimes have to power cycle 2 or 3 times to get it to boot up. Also, If the laptop hibernates it has this same issue. Is this something that is a easy software fix or should i call ACER for a replacement?

Yes unfortunately the Predator and Nitro are the same as I’ve experienced this with my new Nitro laptop too and its very annoying, you need to make sure that your Predators power settings is set to default, all windows is up to date and all drivers are up to date also, this is especially for Win-11, try that first as that is what I’ve done and it works 100%. As the sleep mode is a very temperamental thing that is not the same as what sleep mode was before on older laptops and especially boot mode also, as my Nitro takes 50% longer to boot than my previous old Aspire laptop that has much lower SSD drive specs and hardware specs.

    Hi @Kr
If you don't see a reset pin hole on the back of laptop or if you are not able to remove the battery (if it is inbuilt ) then please unplug all the cables and devices out of laptop. Hold the power button for 1 minute. Connect all the cables back and restart the computer
