Is this normal? One of the cpu cores has noticeably higher temperature than the others

Also for example when I'm playing CSGO, how many cores does it use? And does it use a fixed amount of cores regardless of load? (for example when you're in main menu or when you're actually playing etc)

But I'm already using 128 Speed Shift EPP so the max clock is usually capped at 3.1ghz. I've tried monitoring it with RTSS when gaming once so I knew..

Btw, you're using Speed Shift 0 but your max temps are only 70ish, are those your max temps when gaming? If they are I envy you 🙄
