Pin sign in option disabled

Hello, this is incredible urgent as my computer is my school work computer and I need this problem resolved asap. So when I tried to sign into my computer a few days ago I got locked into my home screen and when I put my pin in, I got this message “This sign in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign in option or keep your device on for at least 2 hours and then try again.” After I waited 2 hours it worked but it happened again. Now I left it on all night and I’m still locked out, can someone please advise for this issue as I need this computer for my school work. Should be noted that my finger I’d has not been set up. If anyone knows of this bug please respond. Thanks
