Try booting up again while tapping F12 key. Choose Linpus.

    Hi @storfot51,

After the installation, use Advanced Options ‣ Recovery mode from the boot menu and choose resume .

Did you try to install  Mint in dual boot mode?

If you did so, I suggest you to use a live USB with refind in order what EFI you can see and try to boot with one these files

reFind is a linux application allowing you to see the EFI files on your system, and you can choose the file you want to boot with.

I first tried to install with dual boot LM20. besides Windows 10.  I tried every suggestion I have seen at Acer Forum and Linux Mint Forum without any success. Then I have used a installation with erasing the harddisk..
    reFind seem to bee complicated.

If you posted a thread on the Mint forums please reveal the link so I can see any responses that you got. The Mint iso installation USB  must GPT partition scheme (not MBR) FAT32 format using Rufus. The original Windows installation must have been 64-bit.

Also you may need to add the UEFI signature to the BIOS dictionary. What do you get on a F12 boot ? (dual boot with Kali shown).

The Mint option to wipe Windows was selected. It can no longer be dual boot. And might even be MBR partitioned now if the Mint iso USB stick wasn't prepared properly with Rufus. That can be tested by changing BIOS to legacy mode.

Boot from the Mint USB installation stick. Then run GPartEd either from the Mint menu or terminal command prompt. Select Seagate HDD #3. Probably sda. Post phone photo of result if possible.
