IRST_Intel_14.5.0.1081_W10x64_A does not work Aspire V5-572P

Acer Aspire V5-572P. The bios was changed to 2.10 and I am now trying to upgrade to WIN 10 version IRST_Intel_14.5.0.1081_W10x64_A but a message appears: This product is waiting to be restarted. I have rebooted the system - no effect. I've reloaded Windows 10 - no effect. I have rebooted into UEFI mode and rebooted from there - no effect. The Intel page has this message: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057489/technologies/intel-rapid-storage-technology-intel-rst.html Version 14.5.0.1081 can be found on Intel's website, but for NUC. The old version is 12.8.1.1000 and it works normally and says everything on the disk is fine, but there is a yellow alert in Device Manager, so you probably need this update. Is this OEM update available from somewhere?

That should not be happening with the IRST, there must be something wrong with either your hdd or bios, set the bios to default and completely format the hdd before installation of win-10 then try again. I've had no problems with UEFI bios and installing win-10 or any IRST errors or updates to do? I speak from experience as I've got an old V3-571G that only had an MBR bios and I edited to be able to handle the UEFI bios and installed win-10 ages ago without any problems but, this was with a new 2.5" Samsung EVO 850 ssd, so check your hdd as that could be contributing to your errors and faults.

I did a boot repair in safe mode and there was indeed something wrong when it reported:

Main reason found: Unspecified system configuration changes may have caused the problem.

I restored my computer to its default settings and reinstalled WIN10.

Now the IRST_Intel_14.5.0.1081_W10x64_A application can be opened, but a message appears: The installation ended prematurely because the following error was encountered: This environment is not supported.

I have an Intel (R) 7 Series Chipset Family SATA ACHI Controller.

Attached is the attachment on August 12, 2018, and I remember that at some point there was a message that required action and was then left unaddressed, so if any update came from one Intel (R) 7 Series Chipset change to another, which is why I can't make this download.
