How to change fan speed on acer aspire V3 574TG

hi. my laptop V3 574TG overheats while gaming the temperature goes to 95c and then shuts off i cant change it in the bios i tried speedfan and notebook fan control but they dont work

    Fan speeds usually aren't manually adjustable. Your laptop is probably overheating because the thermal paste between the gpu and heat sink has tried out and hasn't been changed in a long time. It needs to be re-pasted with Kryonaut or ArcticMX4. This is normal maintenance that should be done yearly if you play games a lot.

    Select “System Cooling Policy” from the submenu. Click the down arrow under “System Cooling Policy” to reveal a drop-down menu. Select “Active” from the drop-down menu to increase the speed of your CPU's cooling fan. Click “Apply” and then “OK.”
