Acer Care center freezes Predator Helios 300.

Hello, I have some problems regarding Care center app for Acer. It doesnt detect system hardware and battery or it FREEZES when I try to run diagnostics. I know this app is useless for other things but I need it to set battery charge limit (my laptop is more or less constantly plugged in). Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you!

    What computer do you have? What version of Acer Care Center is installed? Is it one you downloaded or did it come pre-installed?

    Acer Predator Helios 300. The Care center came preinstalled then after windows update it crashed. I deleted it and Install the newest version from Acer's official website. (I think it is version 4) Also I noted unusual usage of CPU when this app is running in background (20% constantly).
