Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 "system process" taking cpu usage in loops

the system process (ntoskrnl.exe) is taking the cpu usage in loops like when i sometimes open task manager i see that my cpu usage suddenly increases from 2% to 10% due to "system" process and i don't understand why is it doing so in loops, like every 3-4 seconds later there is a sudden spike in the cpu usage and goes on for forever in a loop. This also increases the power consumption due to which my fans start to crank up. after a restart everything goes back to normal but it again starts looping like after 20-25 mins. i've tried clean formatting the pc too but it doesn't help. Please somebody address the issue asap

We don't want to touch the Windows OS Kernel (the OS "Core") aka ntoskrnl.exe

Your Laptop will consume the same amount of energy/voltage regardless of ntoskrnl situation.

    Hope that helps.
