USB devices not recognized after bios reset Asus Aspire ES11 ES1 132

Backgrounder: I forgot my bios password, so I reset it by using the button at the back of the laptop, which, unfortunately, did not work, but by researching further, I was then able to change my password. I tried to use my ubuntu live usb, but it's not being recognized anymore. I disabled the secure boot option, but still not working. I boot on my hdd to open Windows to test my usb device, but it's not being recognized also. Tried to update the drivers, still not working. Before doing the reset everything was working. I am able to use my ubuntu live usb and windows can detect my usb device.

Why did resetting the bios made the usb devices unrecognizable on all three ports? BIOS does not recognize it either. It doesn't show that a removable device is connected.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Find and expand USB settings. Expand USB selective suspend settings and Disable both On battery and Plugged in settings. Try updating BIOS and chipset drivers on your PC.
