New battery incompatible? - G3-572

I recently bought new battery for my laptop (model G3-572) and It's a substitute. So in some games that are more demanding (but still good for my laptop) the battery after some time stops charging tho it says that it charges even on battery report and charging light starts blinking. It won't charge up and after some time battery will drop to 98-97% then to 96% and the I don't know if it will drop. When I unplug it and let it drop to 95-93% (this is new battery design capacity) it will charge up. Also on in game laptop performance is normal, on old battery problems that I describe here didn't show up.
If anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know.

@egydiocoelho I can't give that info as it's a internal battery and taking it out is pain.

Have you tried calibrating the battery?

@egydiocoelho You mean by waiting for battery to drop to 0 and recharge it? Yes. If you mean by Acer Care Center I didn't. In acer care center calibration option doesn't exist for some reason.
