For some reason my Acer Predator G9-593 has slowed down so much and I did a clean fresh Windows 10 Home installation deleting everything. After that I could not activate the newly Windows 10 installation, even using the Activation Code found in the BIOS. Can anyone share what is causing this and how I can activate the new Windows 10. Thanks.

    @Rabatun do you get any error code while activating your Windows?

    It says invalid code, but I called Windows tech support and confirm my key code is good and it is the code embedded in the BIOS. But cannot activate with error code 0xc0000022. Hope can help. Thanks.

    @AnhEZ28 @XdxD,

    Thanks for your responses.
    I tried all that but still getting error as example below, even though I am running the PC with admin rights

    C:\Users\RatunHome>Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Error: 740

    Elevated permissions are required to run DISM.
    Use an elevated command prompt to complete these tasks.

    sfc command also returning an error

    Maybe will try to re-install or repair Windows installation again and see if it will work.
    But would you know if Acer will hard blocked something in the chips that it is impossible to re-install Windows in their gaming laptop?

    @Rabatun make sure that you choose Run as administrator when opening the Command Prompt.

     @AnhEZ28 @XdxD,

    Thank you for your support. Finally manage to resolve my activation issue but re-installing another clean fresh Windows 10 Home.
    After it reinstalled, it just automatically pickup the key code from the BIOS chip maybe and then its Activated.

    Thank you.

    @XdxD I called Microsoft help team and told me to re-install Windows 10 Home. Then after the installation was done it just automatically pickup the key code in BIOS and now got digital license. That's just it. Thanks.
