[Acer Aspire 5 A515-56G] Games are running terribly when they shouldn't

first of all I just want to start this with , my sister got this laptop like 2 days ago

but whenever she plays a game, it goes from 50-60fps to 20-30 sometimes..
I had her install rivatuner and see if we could maybe check if the cpu or the dedicated graphics was overheating.. but both are at 60-68c temps while the fps just keeps going up from 20/30-50/60

windows 10 , I asked her to see if maybe disabling vsync would help but...

it only made things worse??? don't know how but disabling vsync makes the game she plays go from 50-60fps with vsync on to just 20-30 with it off...

even on l4d2 an old game she has to set EVERYTHING to low.. except resolution

we tried seeing if maybe the laptop wasn't using the dedicated graphics??? through windows and the nvidia control panel but nothings worked.. it'll be like 50-60 at first then it just drops to 20-30 and stays there for a period of time
is there something i'm missing?? I'm seeing videos on youtube with the same cpu and nvidia mx350 being capable of playing gta v normal settings at 720/1080 with at least 40-60 fps
so why are they having a hard time running left for dead 2 at medium / high settings at 1080p??

Battery must be near 100% charged and plugged in for maximum high power demand play time at 60Hz. Under high power, battery will drain even though it's plugged in. Once battery falls below about 50%, frame rates will drop below 60Hz. Then you have to stop play and let battery charge back up to near 100% again.

If possible, drop the graphical options to a lower setting so that the game isn't as resource-intensive. Close other programs running on your PC so they're not using up your RAM and CPU power. Make sure you have some free disk space so your game has room to breathe.

@ILikeGames502 Did you get any solutions to it?
I have the same problem for years now
