Product Name : SwIft SF314-54

First thing first when seeing this problem the first thing I did was press F7 , ALT F7 , CTRL F7 , WINDOWS F7 not once did it work and it continue to not work.

I had downloaded the serial i/o from the product support and it did not work.

Also putting in my serial number does not work and apparently is valid it took ages finding out the drivers I needed on the Acer product support page

On the Bios the touchpad option doesn't even come up.

I have tried uninstalling the driver and restarting my laptop and it does not work

I have tried fully resetting my laptop and it did not work

I was on Windows 11 and even went down to Windows 10 and sacrificed a lot of my documents to make it easier but honestly, it did nothing

Yes, Acer's Drivers and Manuals site is pretty much down today and yesterday. You might be able to find a newer driver on Intel's support site, or if you were able to get the one from Acer do an uninstall with the checkmark to remove files, then install the Acer driver before rebooting.
