I tried the battery reset (held down for 30 second let recharge overnight) as well as physically unplugging it from the MB with no luck.  Any thoughts other than replacing the MB?

    (1) Unplug charger.
    (2) No LEDs should be lit.  If any are lit, press and hold power button till they turn off.
    (3) Insert and gently press paperclip into the battery reset pinhole on the bottom for about a minute
    (4) Plug charger back in.
    (5) If battery charge LED is steady blue, try to turn it on again.
