Not starting anymore AN515-54-73F8

Hi there! My computer randomly died a few days ago. I was using it and then put it to sleep and when i tried turning it on again a few hours later, the keyboard lighted up and the fans started turning and then they stopped and i was sittinf infront of a frozen lightened keyboard. I tried hard restarting it by holding the power button, but still i get to the same thing. I also tried connecting it to an external screen, thinking i broke my screen, but the result is the same, a black screen, glowing keys and a fan that turns on for 10 seconds or so. I don't have a battery reset pin but i discharged the battery over night by leaving it on, and recharging it didn't change anything. I also tried pressing alt shortly after starting and i also tried pushing down on the keyboard between xcvdf, which didn't change anything. I'd be very thankful for any help

Could you provide some extra information regarding your situation?

• Do you get the green Acer boot splash logo when you try to boot your computer, or do you just get a black screen?
• Can you tell whether the screen is on and displaying the color black, or is it completely off?
• When you say "frozen lightened keyboard", do you mean you cannot turn the keyboard backlight off?

I had a similar problem after upgrading one of my Acer laptops to Windows 11. It seemed that after closing the lid or putting the laptop to sleep, the screen would never turn on again. The fix for me was simply powering off the laptop by holding the power button and starting it again, repeating this process until I booted into the Windows lock screen. I suspected that there was some strange shenanigans with the power options after upgrading to Windows 11, as I had been messing with them in Windows 10. I'm not sure if it helped, but I reset the power options back to the default state in the Windows 11 settings menu. The problem seems to have gone away since then.
