Hello, bought an Aspire 3 for use when I'm travelling. Very minimal use and since new I've only updated to MS11, and changed the Anti-virus to Windows and installed LibreOffice 7.2 on the machine. There are no other progs apps/documents on the Aspire and my WiFi is working correctly. Now, on pressing the 'start' button, the laptop takes 3 minutes to display the time and then a further 45 seconds to display the login screen requesting my PIN. From successfully accepting my PIN there is then a further 5 minutes approximately before I am able to enter anything meaningful in the Microsoft Edge search. Generally once the MS Edge screen opens it frequently advises that 'Edge is not Responding'. Each and every 'mouse' / trackpad request hangs for a period before responding. Have contacted service on 2 occasions and no response. Thank you.
