Much safer to use Microsoft's USB media creation tool and download any ACER software that you need from the the E5-574G download page. Should work fine as long as your mainboard, not the boot drive, originally came with factory-installed Windows.

The OEM Windows license is embedded on the factory mainboard, no longer on the HDD like in the old days. However, the Windows operating system itself is still installed on the HDD. What this means is that If you try to install Windows on an HDD that's attached to a mainboard that does not already have the embedded factory OEM license, then you must purchase a license for Windows to be activated using that mainboard.

Thanks Jake. You are very kind.
I thought the full software is on the mainboard. my bad! I have already recovered the windows key through command prompt.
My problem is that i think my laptop worked very well with orignal software. with downloaded windows and drivers from the acer website for Aspire E5-574G my bluetooth speakers are not working ok. they start missing sound when im using wifi. the problem is that there are many drivers at the website and i dont know which to install and which not. thats the reason i wanted orignal software image, which i suppose will have the required drivers as well.
    what do you suggest here.
    best regards

Please remove the BT speakers. Also open the Network folder.

OK. You should have an AtherosBT combo board. Go to this link and try installing the 10.0.0.203 atheros BT driver.
