CD drive making noises randomly even when not in use
How can I disable it altogether or how can I disable the cdrom button to eject & power usage?

I switched to Linux even also it's making noise

The ODD is held in place with one screw and when in place it's plugged directly into the motherboard. You can easily remove it and that gets you what you want, but leaves a hole in the side of your laptop where it was. It wouldn't be too hard though to remove the bezel from the drive and hold it in place on the side of the laptop with tape, electrical or duct...

I didn't ask for removing noise through physical removal of the drive, Please provide any possibility of
    1. Disabling the eject button or
    2. Disabling it from recognizing in both Ubuntu/Windows

So it doesn't start random noise when not in use

Not possible, since there is no cable between the drive and MB. It will always be powered when the laptop is on, so no way to disable short of removing it.
