By trying to install the latest. It should give an error message if you already have the latest or newer version installed.

Download and install iobit's DriverBooster freeware driver tool to see if it can pick up any better video drivers online.

    First try this:
    • Click Start, and then click Run.
    • Type dxdiag, and then click OK.
    • On the System tab, note the version of DirectX that is displayed on the DirectX Version line. (near bottom).
My desktop is running v 12.

    Also might try here.

@123Mike321 try to update the BIOS as this can fix the GPU compatibility.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

BIOS updates should only be used as a last resort to try to fix serious issues due to a significant risk of disabling the laptop if the update  fails. If you still want to risk this in order to play this game, go to this link to  download, unzip and try to run the latest BIOS update for your model. Make sure your battery is fully charged and plugged in before you try this update because it can irreversibly corrupt your machine if the power fails.
