    Hi,
The SSD is compatible with your laptop and it shouldn't interfere with the display, is there any chance of dislodging the display cable by you?  Or it could be loose connection of display cable, go to Device manager, expand Disk drives, right click the SSD and select Properties, move to Driver tab and uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver, this is for 100% disk usage.

    Sir,
Display working fine without ssd. If i put ssd back again display not responding black screen.
I did changed my display once but its working fine no issue at all. When i first put it in my laptop, it worked fine 1st and 2nd time but in the third time display wasn't responding. I guess whole system wasn't responding to ssd

Sorry, I don't understand why M.2 SSD causing the display to fail, please wait for someone else to chime in.
