aspire 1 A115-31 My Bluetooth Missing.

I need help downloading the bluetooth driver on my aspire 1 A115-31. When I first discovered it not working I contacted support through microsoft which was no help after trying a series of things and downloads. The downloadable driver on acer website seem to not run or open as if its not the correct file. Please can someone help. I have no luck with Acer support agent,

The Aspire A115-31 models came with one of three different Bluetooth cards. You should be able to tell which you have by looking at the properties from Device Manager. Both driver packages use a command prompt script to do the install, so it displays a result on the screen, but closes the window before you can read it. The workaround for that is to run the script from a command prompt instead of just double clicking the file so the results stay up for you to read.
