Hi everyone i have Acer aspire 3 A315 32 C5hq which keep saying no battery detected, here are the list of the things that I have done so far

I have updated the bios to the latest Flash, replace the battery and resetted Windows but still there is no change

But then I charged the battery using another laptop it charged perfectly that is the old undetected battery, I also installed a new battery on the laptop to my surprise it can detect the battery but when I remove the power adaptor the laptop turns off as if there is no battery present and I also realised that the new battery was not charging on the sick laptop

I then checked if all the pins on the motherboard and on the battery are ok I found that they are all in good shape

Unfortunately I am now out of ideas any help will be greatly appreciated

Thank you in advance

Unplug the charger. Insert and gently push paperclip into reset pinhole on bottom for 60 seconds while also pushing and holding the power button. Plug charger back in but wait for battery charge  LED to turn from blinking  or steady orange to steady blue. This may take several hours. Then remove the charger and try to turn the laptop on with battery alone.

Also push and hold the power button at the same time.
