Does anyone experience this problem in their Acer Nitro 5 Laptop 11th Gen?

I already have consult my laptop to a acer service center but nothing happens. I tried clean install windows 10 and windows 11. correct device drivers from ACER website. but still issue is showing. Please help.

Please don't post multiple threads and PMs on the same problem. It will only confuse the matter. Immediately return the machine to the  vendor as defective for a refund or exchange before the vendor's return merchandise authorization (RMA) period ends. Usually only a few weeks. Acer warranty service will take longer.
