Steam Download Error - Contents Server Unreachable - Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45

What I have done to try and address this issue.
- Changing the download region. 
- Using another steam account and try downloading the same game. 
- Clear Steam Download Cache. 
- Changing my Wifi card (from MediaTek Wifi 6 MT7921 to Intel AX210NGW Wi-Fi 6E) and updating the drivers to the latest ones.
- Using VPN 
- Reinstall Steam
- Factory Resetting my laptop.

And all of the steps above still doesn't work at all so it might have something do to with this laptop itself.

The weirdest part is, when I use another spare laptop which I have, I can download my games just fine with no issues (including using different Steam accounts) so something might be wrong with this laptop.

Did you try with different device or it happens only in this laptop.
