Last night when shutting down the laptop i removed the charging cable to close it fast as it runs directly from AC. Next day when I tried to trun it on, the hdd light truns on for one second and turns off. And the display is just black screen. It's not booting. Anyone know how to fix it?

This issue happened to me several months back also. At that time i didn't try to access the laptop. After some days when I tried to turn it on it started to work.

You risk damaging the mainboard when power is instantly interrupted like this. Due to a phenomenon called a back EMF spike. And without a functional battery installed to absorbed this voltage spike, it must be absorbed by mainboard circuits.

Try this. Unplug the charger. If a dead battery is still installed, press the release latch and pull it out. Then press and hold the power button for about a minute to remove any residual charges.

Then plug the charger back in and try to turn it on again.

Hi, I tried what you said but it didn't work. Now the harddisk light and power indicator turns on and turns off after one second. And this restart thing goes continuously.

Do you still have the old battery either installed or laying around somewhere?

This is a very common inexpensive battery used in many different e1 series laptops. Simply google search e1-571 & battery from your place to find vendors who ship to your location.

Did you charge the battery first before you tried to turn it on?

Shut down machine. Don't try to turn it on till the battery charge LED is solid blue.

The battery charge LED is orange. Now I put it to charge. Will it change to blue? Or is this because I used it for long time without battery

It should turn steady blue when battery is fully charged. This may take up to 24 hrs if the new battery has  been setting on a shelf for a long time. This is why even new batteries should be fully charged before being used.
