Please help my laptop cant boot it only goes on and off in few seconds Aspire 315-53-30US

My Aspire 315-53-30US dont wana boot it only comes on for few seconds and off again and when i push any button it comes on.

Unplug charger. Press & hold power button for about a minute. No LEDs should be on. The plug the charger back in. Wait for battery charge LED to turn from steady orange to steady blue. After steady blue, try to turn laptop on again.

Are you getting any light indication when charger is connected.

If battery is shorted, charger will overload in a few seconds. Does it feel hot ? All of my PCs run fine on charger with battery removed. I do have a UPS.
