Hey guys, i have an Aspire 7 laptop and i've registered a problem when using the mouse. If i move it over a specific area on the screen the mouse doesnt register any buttons that i can click. even though there are multiple there. Do you guys have a solution? its been going on for a few days now as i know of.

What happens if you right click instead of left click on an icon?

    Hi @finkster2004,

    # Try to update the mice and other pointing device driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option mice and other pointing device driver.
    4. Under the title mice and other pointing device driver.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title mice and other pointing device driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

Are a couple of mouse accuracy tests available online. Have you tried one of those ?
