Aspire 3 Repair status "suspended"

Good morning. I've sent an Acer Aspire 3 to the Acer support because an internal chip exploded and I had no chance to revive the laptop other than sending it to the support. If I check the status of the repair, it says that it is suspended (as from the attached screenshot)... if I call the acer support I'm not able to talk with a technician because it asks the SNID of the device, that I do not phisically have with me. The only infos that I can get are with the case ID, and it says that they're waiting for me to accept the quote thay sent.
But I don't find any quote in my email or in my voicemail, like it said in an SMS I received. 
Anyways, I'm from Italy, so excuse me for the bad English. With this I want to say that if you'll send me phone numbers to contact these must be Italian ones. Thanks in advance.

    @SeaLukino336 you can try to call directly to the local Acer.
