PH314-54 Laptop doesn't wake up when lid is opened.

I have set it to sleep when lid is closed. But when I open the lid, the laptop doesn't resume. I then need to press a key to wake it up. Wake on Lid open or something similar is turned on in BIOS. Model: PH314-54. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, try disabling both.

Go to Advanced power options, expand Sleep, change the settings for "Allow wake timers" like in my snip.
