Aspire E5 521"Attention Required Defect found" vs No Errors on Windows check

Hello Everyone , 
Acer Care Center  check on my Aspire E5 521 HD says Attention Required  Defect found ;  back up my data, however,  A check of  my drive  by Windows says  no errors found ,can anyone clarify this  for me ? There  is  no error code  in Acer Care Center . Thank  you.

@vvmahabs use crystal disk info checking the HDD errors. It can provide more detail.

Thank you for the  prompt response , I did  DL and run Crystal Disc ,however  I don't  know  what to make  of  it, I have attached the  image, maybe you can interpret it for me .

@vvmahabs this warning doesn't really important so you can ignore it but just keep this app just in case either C4 or C6 error turns yellow, then you will have to replace the HDD. You can try to use this CMD to fix the HDD error chkdsk/r/f C:
