Does my monitor(VG270U) only supports refresh rate above 60Hz via a display port?

So this monitor is being used with my PS5, and I know HDMI 2.0 is capable of QHD 120Hz but the PS5 doesn’t have support for QHD yet, so I play on 1080p. Anyways I was playing Deep Rock Galactic(PS5) and I saw that I could not switch to the higher frame rate option. So I’m wondering if the monitor only enables a refresh rate of 120Hz or higher on the display port.

Besides I should have known getting this monitor for my PS5 is not ideal but I was thinking Sony would support release a patch for 1440p support soon but I’m not so sure about this now. And if anyone knows if the HDR on this monitor is the same as every other TV HDR.
Thank you for your time.

    Hi @Ramansidhu580,

    From the desktop, right click on the desktop itself and select Screen Resolution. Then select Advanced Settings, navigate to the monitor tab, and choose 144Hz/120Hz from the drop-down menu.

    @Easwar It's on a ps5, you don't have a right click or a desktop!

    Speeds of your ports are:
    DP 2560x1440@144
    HDMI2.0 2560x1440@144
    HDMI1.4 2560x1440@70

    Usually the hdmi's are limited by the EDID being output, if you used an adapter then you could probs force it to 120hz on the HDMI 2.0 :)
