I restart my laptop because it's running so slow and then this happened what am I supposed to do?

I restarted my laptop and this happened.

What happens when it is done 'preparing" ( may take several minutes) ?

You do what it says. Click the OK button. The laptop should restart. Then try starting the installation again from the beginning if necessary. If it gives the same message, try whole process one more time. Then report back.

I already tap the okay it turned off then it's goes back like that. I tried like multiple times.

(1) Press and hold power button till machine shuts off.

(2) Turn machine back on and IMMEDIATELY press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key.

(3) A recovery menu should appear with options to allow you to reset the laptop to factory fresh condition
