PH315-54 Unsure What To Install From Intel & What to Install from Acer [& what to install at all].

I have an Acer Predator PH315-54. 
I've been prompted to install updates via the Intel update system, but upon visiting the website a notification informed me: Installing this graphics driver from Intel may remove customizations from your computer manufacturer (OEM). Intel redirected me to the Acer website via link. Now I have 27 Drivers, 6 Documents, 5 BIOS/Firmware options, & three Applications to choose from along with the intel options and I'm pretty lost to be frank. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
You don't need to install all  of them, if you don't have any issues with your laptop you can just leave them alone, go to Device Manager and see whether any of the items have a yellow triangle warning sign, if not, you can leave the drivers alone, the same applies to BIOS update and Applications.
