Intel Services on Nitro 5 AN 515 - 42 (Fully AMD) HELP!

Hello Acer Community,

I've been having random Black Screen freezes and BSOD with different messages (Mostly caused when playing videos/music ) on my Nitro 5 AN515 - 42 (AMD Ryzen 5 2500U and AMD Radeon RX560X ). I noticed two Intel Services installed in the machine: Intel Audio Service and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Service. After disabling them, still have the some crashed but a bit less than the usual. I found an article on "DriverFramewors-UserMode" which suggested to use "Driver verifier" and after following the steps stated in the article, i discovered that a problem is generated from "iocbios2.sys" (which i believe that this driver associated with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Service!!)

Should i remove completely these Intel Services(if so How ) or Do you recommend me doing something else ?

Note: I am able to provide DMP files generated from the Driver verifier executed on the date :  2/16/2022 !

Have you check your Lists of Laptop Drivers?

Check that one first, if there's lists for those two that you want to uninstall.
